Decloak!! Tie Phantom cloak modification

Primero de todo, perdón por tardar tanto en volver a postear, han sido un par de meses bastante movidos (para bien) así que no he podido seguir actualizando como debería... pero ya estoy aquí de nuevo, dando la brasa.

Yes, again here, sorry for taking so long to write here again, the last couple of months has been quite busy so I couldn't post with frequence... anyway "Here I go again (on my own)"

Hoy traigo algo diferente, una modificación de una miniatura ya pre-pintada como es el caso del TIE Phantom de la wave 4 del X-Wing. Éstas miniaturas son algo sosas y muy genéricas así que les va muy bien cualquier tontería que les hagas. En éste caso, la nave tiene la habilidad de "desaparecer" del mapa así que le he hecho un efecto de transición como si se estuviera mostrando de nuevo para atacar.

Today I will show you something diferent, a modification from a pre-painted miniature called TIE Phantom from the X Wing table game. This miniatures are quite simple and with generic colors, so a little modification in them, even if it is ridiculous, gives them a very nice look. For this case, the ship has the Cloak hability so I have painted on it a transition efect as if the ship was "decloaking" and about to attack!

Comencé realizando la primera capa en NEGRO NATO de Vallejo Air Color, éste color me gusta mucho por ser 100% mate, y lo apliqué mediante aerógrafo para que la transición con el resto de pintura de la miniatura fuera más suave. También se puede hacer mediante pincel pero queda más brusco.

Firstly I started with the first layer with NATO BLACK of Vallejo Air Color painted with an airbrush to make transitions smoother. I love that colour because it is 100% matte so the darkness is even deeper! Is possible to make this with a paint brush but the result is not as soft.

Seguidamente, mediante aerógrafo también, le apliqué una capa muy fina de AZUL FLUO de Model Color, muy diulida de modo que no se notara casi el azul. Y ya pasé al pincel.

I continued using airbrush aplying a thin layer of BLUE FLUO of Model color, quite thinned so blue could mix perfectly with the black. Next steps are 100% paintbrush.

Mediante pincel se hacen los rayos más gruesos, con AZUL MEDIO de Model Color y se pintan los trozos más grandes del cuerpo de la nave. Se va aclarando el AZUL MEDIO con blanco hasta llegar aun color celeste y posteriormente, se realiza en blanco puro los rayos que van cruzando la estructura.

With a paintbrush the thicker lightnings and electric arcs are done with MEDIUM BLUE of Model Color and bigger zones of the fuselage are filled with this colour. Mixing this color with pure white, is possible to reach a sky-blue color and with pure white, the thinner lightnings that crosses the structure.

Como broche, ya que lo había visto en algún otro tutorial, le hice unas pequeños puntos en blanco que hacen la vez de estrellas

As "grand finale" I have seen this in other tutorial... I made a small dots like stars in the back of the ship (Black areas)

WIP Dragões de Acontecimento

Bueno! ya lo siento pero últimamente no puedo pintar mucho. Me he puesto ahora mismo con el Dragoes de Infinity, a ver si os gusta cómo va quedando

Terminé con el reto RAID IN COMPLEX 665, que constaba en terminar un ejército de 200 puntos para jugar en un torneo el día 3 de Mayo en la tienda "El Vecino de la Bestia". Os muestro las miniaturas, la mayoría las habéis visto ya en sucesivos post, pero aquí las agrupo.

I have finished the challenge called RAID IN COMPLEX 665 consisting in completing a 200p list to play a tournament on 3th May in the store "El Vecino de la Bestia". I show now the miniatures although most of them had been already seen in this blog but I group them now.
